Terms of Use

1. Parties and acceptance

This site is operated by DBR Yapı (jettadilat) ("jettadilat" or "we"). The site's technical infrastructure and card payment collection are provided by Agrirossa Mühendislik Ziraat Enerji İthalat İhracat Turizm ve Teknolojik Danışmanlık A.Ş. ("Agrirossa").

Everyone who uses the site is bound by these terms. We may update them from time to time; the current version is always published on this page and identified by the "Last updated" date at the bottom. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

2. Scope of the service

• Building materials catalogue and ordering through the cart (distance sales).
• Surveys, quotations and work order tracking for electrical, plumbing, renovation, irrigation and camera work.
• Membership: customer, tradesperson and store accounts. Tradesperson and store accounts are additionally bound by a separate agreement and are not published until approved.
• Price bands and estimated amounts on the site are for information only; the final price is stated in the order summary and the written quotation.

3. Content and intellectual property

The text, photographs, logos, design, software and database on the site belong to jettadilat or to our licensors and are protected under the Turkish Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846. Product photographs and technical data are used with the permission of the relevant manufacturer/importer and their trademarks belong to their owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish on another site or harvest content with automated tools (scraping, bots) other than for personal use and shopping. For photos and reviews you upload, you grant us a free licence to use them in order to provide the service, and you confirm that the content is yours and does not infringe third-party rights.

4. Rules of use

If these rules are breached we may suspend your account, cancel the order and, where necessary, take legal action.

• Provide accurate and current information in order, survey and sign-up forms; do not use another person’s name, phone number or address without permission.
• Do not share your account password; you are responsible for actions taken from your account.
• Do not place fake orders or create unreal requests to test the system.
• Do not use software or methods that disrupt the site, attempt to bypass its security or harm other users.
• Do not publish insults, misleading statements or advertising in reviews and ratings.

5. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the site available and error-free, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure failure or force majeure. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses arising from such interruptions.

Product information on the site is taken from manufacturer data; we correct errors we notice. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price we will inform you before confirming the order and cancel it if you wish.

These limitations in no way narrow your rights under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (defective goods and services, withdrawal, warranty); liability for intent and gross negligence remains.

6. Tradespeople services and liability

Tradespeople on the site fall into two groups, and who is responsible for a job depends on how the job is arranged:

• Jobs undertaken by jettadilat: fixed-price packages, installations where you chose "let us assign the tradesperson" in the cart, survey and renovation jobs quoted in writing by DBR Yapı (jettadilat), and JT-numbered work orders. DBR Yapı (jettadilat) provides and invoices these services and is responsible for the workmanship whoever carries it out; our warranty terms apply.
• Tradespeople with the "jettadilat Team" badge work on behalf of DBR Yapı (jettadilat) under contract. Jobs agreed with them through Find a Tradesperson are also covered by jettadilat.
• Tradespeople with the "Approved Tradesperson" badge are independent. "Approved" means their identity, contact details and profile were checked before publication; it is not a guarantee of the quality, timing or outcome of the work. When you accept a quote from them or agree with them directly, the contract is solely between you and the tradesperson, who is your counterparty for scope, price, payment, timing, warranty and any damage arising during the work. For these jobs DBR Yapı (jettadilat) acts as an intermediary service provider under Law No. 6563, is not a party to the agreement and cannot be held liable for work it has not undertaken.
• Agreements made with an approved tradesperson outside the site (phone, WhatsApp, in person) and not recorded through jettadilat are also covered by this section.
• You can report a complaint about a tradesperson to us: we will pass it on and may suspend their account. This section does not narrow the statutory rights reserved in section 5 (Law No. 6502, liability for intent and gross negligence).

7. Third-party services and payment

Card payments are collected on behalf of and for the account of the seller by Agrirossa, through the virtual POS infrastructure of a payment institution licensed under Law No. 6493, over an SSL-encrypted connection; the transaction appears on your card statement as "AGRIROSSA". The invoice for the goods and services you buy is issued by the seller, DBR Yapı (jettadilat); Agrirossa invoices its collection and infrastructure service to the seller and charges you nothing extra. Your card details are never stored on our site and are not visible to us; the payment institution's own terms and privacy notice also apply on the payment page.

The site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp (Meta), Google Analytics and Google Maps. Their content and privacy practices are the responsibility of the respective provider. See Privacy & Data Protection and the Cookie Policy for details.

8. Terms applying to purchases

Orders placed through the cart are governed by the Distance Sales Agreement; delivery, cancellation and returns by the Shipping, Cancellation & Returns page; and product and workmanship warranty by the Warranty Terms (Turkish). If those texts conflict with this page, the order-specific text prevails.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction over disputes. Consumers retain the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and the Consumer Court of their place of residence within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
